When the Bristol Local School System is closed or delayed due to severe weather conditions, the Bristol Public Library will operate on a 2 hour delay.
There may be times when the library will be closed all day or close early. Before venturing out in severe conditions, patrons are urged to call the library at 330-889-3651. (If no one answers the phone, the library is closed.)
If the library is closed, no fines will be assessed on that day. Keep your items until the next day the library is open.
You may return certain items in the book drop but remember not to overfill it. You are responsible for items until they are checked in at the circulation desk.
The Board of Trustees is responsible for any closings that occur.
