Curbside Service Starts June 1, 2020
Monday - Friday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Pick up your items and return items in the book drop in our parking lot. Curbside service is fast and convenient.
Step One: Request Your Items
*Only items from the Bristol Public Library are available for holds at this time.
Choose one of the following options for placing your holds.
-Call us at 330-889-3651
Reference staff will help you by placing items on hold or helping you to find the books, movies, music or other items you're looking for.
Send us an email at with your item requests. Let us know your name, and if you have it, your library card number.
Place holds on Bristol Public Library materials in our online catalog.
Step Two: We Call You
When you’re holds are ready, we'll give you a call using the most current number on file with your library card. If you need to update this information, please let us know when you call or email to make your requests.
Step Three: Pick Ups & Returns
Picking up your holds has never been easier. By the time you've received a phone call, your holds have already been checked out to you.
-Come to our parking lot and call 330-889-3651 to let us know you’re here
-If you have returns you will drop them in our drive-up book return
-A staff member will place your bagged holds directly in your trunk or passenger seat
